The first mistake I see with people starting off in marketing is not believing in themselves. You are the CEO. It’s not up to anyone else but yourself to be successful. This isn’t about your ability to be a CEO, this is about your position. Tony Robbins says, “It’s never resources, it’s resourcefulness.” You need to become the CEO in your mind and spirit. What will follow is success. You need to lead with value. This isn’t about what you can get, but about what you can offer.
